¶ Overview
Architected an end-to-end marketing automation pipeline using Minimax and Remotion that enables programmatic generation of brand videos at scale. The pipeline automates the entire video production lifecycle from script generation through to final render, allowing marketing teams to scale content creation without manual intervention. By eliminating the hand-off bottlenecks between creative, production, and delivery, the system reduced asset turnaround time by 80%.
¶ Problem faced
Marketing teams producing brand video content at scale face compounding bottlenecks: script writing, asset sourcing, editing, and rendering are all manual stages that each introduce delay. Every campaign iteration required starting the cycle over, making rapid content experimentation expensive and slow. The challenge was collapsing that entire lifecycle into a single automated pipeline that could produce publish-ready video output from a brief without human intervention at each stage.
¶ How it was solved
Designed a programmatic pipeline that chains script generation, visual asset synthesis via Minimax, and frame-accurate video composition via Remotion into a single automated workflow. Each stage passes structured output to the next, with Remotion handling the deterministic rendering layer so final output is consistent and reproducible. Marketing teams interact only with the input brief; the pipeline handles everything downstream, removing manual touchpoints and enabling parallel production of multiple video variants simultaneously.
